  • Cheesecake Filling: 113 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Topping & Decorations: 12 mini marshmallows 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for melting)

Step 3:
Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or plastic bag with a corner snipped off.
Step 4:
Pipe a small mound of filling onto the cut side of each strawberry to form the face.
Step 5:

Step 6:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.

Recipe FAQs

How do I prepare the strawberries for filling?

Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly, then slice off the leafy end to create a flat base for standing and a surface for the filling.

What can be used instead of cream cheese for filling?

For a lighter texture, whipped cream or Greek yogurt can replace cream cheese while maintaining a creamy consistency.

How is the melted white chocolate used in this dish?

Melted white chocolate is gently drizzled or piped around the base of the strawberries to mimic the fur trim of the Santa hats.

Is using an air fryer necessary?

The air fryer lightly sets the melted chocolate, providing a firmer finish, but this step is optional if you prefer a softer topping.

Can these be prepared ahead of time?

These strawberry treats can be chilled for up to two hours before serving to let flavors meld and maintain freshness.

Are there any allergen considerations to note?

The dessert contains dairy from cream cheese and white chocolate, soy present in some chocolates, and potentially coconut oil; checking labels is advised.
