# Recipe Steps:

01 - Peel the bananas and cut into 12 equal rounds, approximately ½ inch thick.
02 - Wash and hull the strawberries.
03 - Thread one banana slice onto each skewer, then add a strawberry with the pointed end upward to mimic Santa's hat.
04 - Use a small amount of melted white chocolate or frosting to affix a mini marshmallow onto the tip of each strawberry as the pom-pom.
05 - Apply a dab of white chocolate or frosting below the banana slice using a toothpick to represent Santa’s beard.
06 - Press two mini chocolate chips gently into each banana slice to form Santa’s eyes.
07 - Arrange the finished skewers on a platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
