05 - 1.75 oz roast potatoes, sliced or chopped
06 - 1 oz cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, Brussels sprouts), chopped
07 - 2 tbsp gravy (optional)

08 - 1 small handful fresh spinach or lettuce leaves
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
# Recipe Steps:
01 - Heat the tortillas in a dry frying pan for 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 10 seconds until flexible.
02 - Evenly spread mayonnaise or cranberry sauce over each tortilla, leaving a ¾ inch border around the edges.
03 - Arrange spinach or lettuce first, then add slices of turkey or chicken, crumbled stuffing, roast potatoes, and chopped vegetables on top.
04 - Drizzle with gravy if desired and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
05 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, roll it tightly from the bottom, and slice each wrap in half.
