05 - 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Decoration

08 - 3.5 ounces white chocolate, melted
09 - Green gel food coloring
10 - 12 strawberries, hulled and dried
11 - Assorted sprinkles and/or edible stars
12 - 12 small marshmallows (optional)

# Recipe Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Melt butter using a saucepan or microwave; allow to cool slightly.
03 - In a mixing bowl, whisk melted butter with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, blending until smooth.
04 - Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet mixture. Gently mix until just combined.
05 - Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing the surface. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until set but still fudgy. Let cool completely in the pan.
06 - Once cooled, slice into 12 equal squares.
07 - Tint melted white chocolate with green gel food coloring in a small bowl.
08 - Optionally, place a marshmallow on each brownie square. Position a strawberry, pointed end up, atop each piece to create the hat shape.
09 - Spoon or pipe green chocolate over the strawberries to mimic a Christmas tree. Immediately garnish with sprinkles or edible stars.
10 - Allow to set at room temperature for 10 minutes or refrigerate briefly until chocolate hardens.
