- Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup (60 g) for rolling
Instructions
- Prepare the dry ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar:
- In a large bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in wet ingredients:
- Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract, vinegar, and red food coloring; mix until fully combined.
- Combine mixtures:

- Chill the dough:
