Instructions

Prepare the dry ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar:
In a large bowl, cream softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in wet ingredients:
