# Recipe Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Divide the dough into 24 equal portions and flatten each into a small disc.
03 - Place a cube of cheese in the center of each disc, then pinch the dough around it to seal and shape into a ball.
04 - Place each sealed dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Brush each dough ball with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse kosher salt evenly.
06 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
