# Recipe Steps:
01 - In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
02 - Remove cake from packaging and trim edges to form neat rectangle if needed. Place cake on parchment paper and level top by slicing off any domed areas. Roll cake gently with parchment from short side, then unroll to create a memory for easier rolling.
03 - Spread whipped cream filling evenly over cake surface leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips if desired. Roll cake tightly from short end using parchment to guide. Wrap in parchment and refrigerate at least 30 minutes for cleaner slices if preferred.
