# Recipe Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes and sweet corn with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
03 - Roast the potatoes and corn for 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
04 - Meanwhile, in the same bowl, combine shrimp and sliced red bell pepper with remaining olive oil, remaining Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder; toss to coat.
05 - Add the shrimp and bell pepper to the baking sheet over the partially cooked vegetables. Drizzle melted butter evenly on top.
06 - Return to the oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.
07 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the platter and serve accompanied by lemon wedges.
