# Recipe Steps:
01 - In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt thoroughly.
02 - Add warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and the egg. Mix until a soft dough forms, then knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
03 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
04 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
05 - Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a 16 by 10-inch rectangle.
06 - Spread softened butter evenly across the dough, then sprinkle uniformly with brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
07 - Starting from the longer side, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seam to seal.
08 - Using a sharp knife, cut the log lengthwise in half. With cut sides facing upward, twist the two halves together.
