# Recipe Steps:

01 - Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
03 - Gradually whisk in milk, avoiding lumps. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 3 to 5 minutes.
04 - Reduce heat to low. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, salt, black pepper, and paprika until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
05 - Add drained macaroni to the sauce and stir until evenly coated.
