01 - 10.5 oz high-quality dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa), chopped

04 - 1.4 oz dried apricots, diced
05 - 1.05 oz dried figs, diced
06 - 0.7 oz golden raisins

09 - Edible gold leaf or rose petals (optional)

# Recipe Steps:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
03 - Stir ground cardamom into the melted chocolate until evenly incorporated.
04 - Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle using a spatula.
05 - Evenly sprinkle chopped pistachios, almonds, dried apricots, figs, and raisins over the chocolate surface.
06 - Lightly press the toppings into the chocolate to ensure adhesion.
07 - Sprinkle sea salt flakes and optionally add edible gold leaf or rose petals.
08 - Refrigerate for at least 45 minutes until the chocolate is completely firm.
