# Recipe Steps:
01 - Combine oat milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves in a small saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally until steaming but not boiling.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons hot water (not boiling) and whisk vigorously until frothy and smooth.
03 - Remove oat milk from heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
04 - Divide matcha between two mugs. Pour spiced oat milk over slowly to create layers if desired.
05 - Add a cinnamon stick or lightly dust with ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
