# Recipe Steps:
01 - Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
02 - Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto each slice while the bread is still warm.
03 - Arrange banana slices evenly over two of the peanut butter–coated slices.
04 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup evenly over the banana slices.
05 - Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts, granola, chia seeds (if using), ground cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt over the banana layer.
06 - Top with the remaining two slices of bread, peanut butter side down, to form two sandwiches.
07 - Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.
