01 - 1 medium pineapple, peeled and sliced for the beard
02 - 1 large red apple, sliced for Santa’s hat

04 - 2 kiwifruits, peeled and sliced for eyes and hat trim
05 - 2 blueberries for pupils
06 - 1 strawberry for the nose
07 - 6 to 8 mini marshmallows for hat trim and pom-pom

# Recipe Steps:

01 - Slice the pineapple into thin half-moon shapes and arrange in a fan shape at the bottom of a large serving platter.
02 - Place banana slices in an oval shape above the pineapple to create the face.
03 - Arrange apple slices in an arc above the banana face to form the hat.
04 - Line the base of the hat with kiwi slices and position mini marshmallows at the tip for the pom-pom.
05 - Use kiwi slices and place blueberries as pupils onto the banana face.
06 - Place the strawberry centrally on the face to represent the nose.
07 - Slice red grapes and place them in a curved smile shape underneath the nose.
