# Recipe Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in boiling water by stirring continuously for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
02 - Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir to combine evenly.
03 - Pour the gelatin mixture evenly into 8 clear plastic cups, filling each about halfway.
04 - Place cups in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour until the gelatin is slightly set but not firm.
05 - Gently press mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips into the gelatin to create a snow effect, then sprinkle candy snowflakes or holiday sprinkles on top.
06 - Return the cups to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 1 to 1.5 hours until the gelatin is fully set.
