# Recipe Steps:
01 - Set the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crispy.
04 - Whisk honey, sriracha, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and smoked paprika in a small bowl until smooth.
05 - Transfer roasted sprouts to a large bowl, pour the glaze over, and toss to coat evenly.
06 - Return glazed Brussels sprouts to the baking sheet and roast an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the glaze bubbles and caramelizes.
07 - Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
